The terms, in plain words.
What you buy, what you get, what is not promised, and what each of us is responsible for. If anything here is unclear, ask before you pay.
Who
Sumaiya Fatima, sole proprietor, trading as ABSU Mobilities. Contact: hello@sumaiyafatima.com. "I" and "me" on this page mean that business. "You" means the person or business buying the work.
What is sold
- A Google listing audit for a clinic: a PDF and every text again as a message, as described on the clinics page.
- An Instagram audit for a small business: a PDF and every text again as a message, as described on the Instagram page.
- Monthly management, for clients after their audit, as described on the clinics and management pages. Billed month by month.
- A call booked on this site. Today it has no fee.
Fees and payment
Every fee is told to you in writing before you pay, and nothing starts before you agree to it. You pay through Razorpay, by the payment link or the invoice I send. Every payment gets an invoice; where GST applies it is shown on the invoice. Prices are not published on this site.
Delivery
The audit is delivered on WhatsApp or by email, whichever you chose, within the number of working days agreed in writing before you paid; that number is on your invoice. Monthly management runs for the calendar month it is paid for. Nothing is shipped; everything is digital.
What is not promised
I do not promise more reviews, a higher rating, more followers, more patients, more sales, or any position on Google or Instagram. I promise the work described on the pages above, done honestly, inside the rules of Google, Instagram and, for a clinic, the rules of your profession where you practise.
What you are responsible for
- The screenshots and answers you send are true and are yours to share. The competitors you name are public profiles.
- Your own accounts stay yours. I never ask for a password. If you add me as a manager on a Google profile, you can remove me at any time.
- What you post, send or publish from what I write is your decision and your responsibility, including that it follows the rules of your profession.
Your texts
Once a fee is paid, every text written for you is yours to use as you like. The method, the rubric and the templates behind the work stay mine.
Cancellation and refunds

Limits
If something goes wrong with the work, my responsibility to you is limited to the fee you paid for that piece of work. Nothing here limits what the law says cannot be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, unless the law says otherwise.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the end of this page changes with them. The terms that apply to your work are the ones on this page on the day you paid.
