What I keep, and why.
Short, because there is little to tell. This site runs no scripts, sets no cookies and has no analytics. Only the booking form collects anything, and this page says what happens to what you type in it, and what the free checker does with what you paste.
Who is responsible
Sumaiya Fatima, sole proprietor, trading as ABSU Mobilities. Contact: hello@sumaiyafatima.com. I am the only person who reads what you send.
What the booking form collects
Your name; your business or Instagram handle; which service you asked about; a WhatsApp number or an email address; the times you suggested; whether we have worked together; how you found this site, if you answered that; and anything you chose to add. Nothing else is recorded about your visit: no page you looked at, no cookie. The address your request came from is held in memory for an hour, to stop floods, and is not written down or kept with the request. If you pick a slot on Calendly instead of using the form at /book, Calendly handles your booking details under its own privacy policy and sends the appointment to me.
What the checker does with what you paste
The checker at /check counts what you paste, answers, and forgets it: the text is not stored, not mailed, not logged and not read by me. The address it came from is held in memory for an hour, to stop floods, and nothing else is written down.
Why
To confirm a time and call you, and, if you go ahead, to run your audit or your monthly management and to send you the PDF and the texts. That is the whole purpose. Your details are never used for marketing, never added to a list, never sold or shared.
Where it lives
On my own server, in a folder only the desk I work from can read, and as a copy in my mailbox at hello@sumaiyafatima.com, which Hostinger hosts for me. Nobody else receives your booking details.
Payments
When you pay a fee you pay through Razorpay, on a link or an invoice I send you. Razorpay handles your card, UPI or bank details under its own privacy policy; I never see or store them. I keep the invoice, as the law requires.
How long
A booking request that does not become work is deleted within three months. Details of a client are kept while we work together and for as long as tax records must be kept, then deleted. Ask at any time and your details are deleted that week, apart from what an issued invoice has to carry.

Ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted: email hello@sumaiyafatima.com. This page is written to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India, and to the promise on every page of this site.
What you send for an audit
Screenshots of your own public profile and the competitors you name, and your answers to ten questions. They are used for your audit only and deleted when you ask. A clinic sends nothing: I read what a patient sees on Google.
