The listing, read before the call.

Before anyone calls your clinic they look at it on Google. The name, the rating, the last three reviews, whether anyone answered them, the hours, the photos. I read it the way they do and tell you what it says.

What you receive.

One-off audit first. Monthly management after, only if you want it. The review request your receptionist sends comes with both.

The audit

A fixed fee, told before you say yes. You receive a PDF, and every text again as a message, on WhatsApp or by email.

  • A score out of 100, every deduction written next to its reason.
  • What already works, so you keep it.
  • What is costing trust, most urgent first, and the fix for each.
  • The texts, ready to paste: your profile description, your services list, the review request your receptionist sends, and a reply for every review that has none.

I need the clinic's name and the city it is in. You send nothing else.

Every reply written

You add me as a manager on the profile; I never have your password. Each month I write and post the reply to every new review, keep your hours, services, fees and photos current, and hand you the review request to keep sending.

I never contact a patient and never hold a patient list. A monthly fee, told before you start.

The review request

One message your receptionist sends to every patient after the visit, the same words for everyone, with the link to your listing. No incentive, no choosing who gets asked. Google forbids both, and so do I.

Questions.

How much does it cost?

One fixed fee for the audit, and a monthly fee for the management. Both are told on the call, before you decide, not published here.

Do you need my password?

No. For the audit I read what a patient sees. For the monthly management you add me as a manager on your profile, which Google lets you take back any time.

Will you contact my patients?

No. The review request goes from your clinic's own phone, in your name. I write it; your receptionist sends it. I never see a patient list.

Can you get me more reviews or a higher rating?

I do not promise either. What I can do is make it easy for every patient to leave a review, answer every review properly, and make your listing say what a patient wants to know. The rest is your clinic.

Which countries?

Anywhere your clinic appears on Google Maps. Some countries restrict what a clinic may say publicly, so I read the rules for doctors where you practise before we start.

What do I send?

Nothing. Give me the clinic's name and the city it is in, and I read what a patient sees.

Let's look at your listing.

Pick a time that suits you. On the call you get the fee and what I need. Then you decide.
