A booked call

Cancel or move it by message any time. It has no fee today, so there is nothing to refund.

An audit

• Before I start the work: cancel by email and the full fee comes back.
• After I start and before the PDF is delivered: cancel by email and half the fee comes back, because half the work is reading, which is done first.
• After the PDF is delivered: no refund. If the audit contains a factual mistake (a wrong count, a misread screenshot), tell me within seven days and I correct it and re-issue the PDF at no cost.

Monthly management

• Cancel any time by email; it takes effect at the end of the month already paid for. Nothing is charged after that.
• A month that has started is not refunded. There is no contract beyond the month you are in.

How a refund is paid

Through Razorpay, to the card, UPI or bank account you paid with. I start it within two working days of your email; banks usually show it within seven working days after that.

Email hello@sumaiyafatima.com from the address on your invoice, or message me on Instagram from the account we worked on. Say what you paid for and what you want. You get an answer within 24 hours.
